sharetracker - figure the logic?

Nothing to do with a bear market

Reason for the reaction today? Don't perform to expectations (again) and 
faith goes down the gurgler and no matter how much glitz and glamour you 
just become an also ran.

Profit to sales down below 7% is not a good sign. Even though they say half 
year profit in line with last year will be achieved the full year might be a 
bit difficult, even on strong sales increae.

Earnings per share trends of 10.1 cents  in 2001, 11.2 cents in 2002 and 
lets say 11.2 cents in 2003 hardly warrants BGR trading at a premium to the 
market does it?

So even 180 could be deemed a bit rich
