Hi all

In the last 12 months a delegation of NZ's visited China to try and convince

the chinese to allow NZ grown pinus radiata to be used as framing timber

for building houses

Up till now the chinese have not allowed softwood to be used as framing timber.

Does anyone know what the outcome of these talks was?

Are the chinese going to allow NZ grown pinus radiata to be used as framing timber.
