good question Builders claim GST on expences. When they sell Its payback time. They are allowed ,to rent lease or whatever until point of sale. Point being what constitutes a builder? If you claim to be one what qualifications are required?. Answer Is zilch. If you are unsure of the meaning of zilch ask the master builders assc they ought to know hopefully.
