Perhaps not the most appropriate forum but I think there are many here who might appreciate this link.

The background on the cover story consists of an IRD beat up that went horribly wrong when Mr Henderson actually fought back. The full account is contained in his book, but needless to say it was a remarkable sequence of events that ultimately led to a false assessment for $ 1 million being overturned and the head of IRD resigning.

Having had the pleasure to meet Dave, it is inspiring to see someone make a real difference by standing by basic principles of liberty and fairness. Not to mention rubbing their noses in it by buying their building.

The whole event has led to some big changes in rules and attitude at the IRD which many of you in business will have noticed over recent years. A great lesson that you can make a difference.
