Good to see (SKC) Sky City Entertainment P/E reducing to more appropriate 
lower levels, however, it may increase a little in sympathy with the USA 
market volatilty. A good time to take some profits.

Don't be surprised if SKC (like BGR) profit doesn't meet market 
expectations, and this, combined with the 2004 dividend payout forecast to 
be less than 2003 (no special dividend), the stock could well take a nasty 
wack downwards.

Many people view the upcoming legislation review of gambling and smoking, 
the deadly flu virus (now in NZ) and the Iraq War to be sideline issues that 
will have little effect on SKC's share price.

Gambling/smoking and the deadly (no cure yet) virus will hopefully have 
short term minimum impact. The Iraq war - could be major. Even Clarke and 
Cullen seem to think so, but of course, they could be wrong.

Repeat - this may be a good time to take profits.
