Apparently the rest of the OPEC cartel will waive quotas and supply the market as much as they collectively can. Iraq is the 5^th (or 6^th) largest oil producer so the others will be stretched to cover this amount. The US have huge stores of oil as well, so if the war is short (as you would think it would be) there shouldn’t be a huge disruption…...well that is the theory.
