[sharechat] Charting Program
Rory,
Most any spreadsheet program can draw charts from data you have entered
manually. Excel can do Japanese candlesticks, bar charts, etc. With enough
time, expertise and effort, you can even set up technical indicators, moving
averages, trendlines, etc. I have to ask though - why on earth would you
bother? Are you aware of the many free online charting sites that are
available? Maybe you have not seen the article that I wrote for the ShareChat
"Learning to Invest" series on such a site.

This and other articles can be found under the "Education" section in the
toolbar at the left side of the ShareChat "Home" screen. You may be interested
in also taking a look at the article "Technical Analysis Agenda" there.
