Hi Morgy,

I've told you twice already Morgy. So I'll say it just once more.
What I said was *not* what Travis said. I see from the above that
you agree with me. So at last we agree on something. Amazing!

Try to see the big picture Morgy. It may be only 10k to you, but it
is also 10k to everyone else on sharechat. And how many subscribers
are there to sharechat? Heaps! So the impact of a simple 10k
message is far more than 10k.

You criticised Travis for making 'predictions', when Ben Graham said
'predictions' were unreliable. Travis criticised Phaedrus for making
'predictions' (including support and resistance). Predictions is
the common thread here and that is what I was writing about and
"Great Scott" look at the header on this thread! Do you see the
link? Perhaps when I was allegedly changing topic all the time
what I was really doing was talking *on topic* about predictions of
all kinds instead of having a one on one beat up with you
and/or/afterwards then Phaedrus? I'm sorry. Next time I'll just
be personally vindictive as it appears that's what you expected of
me.

You are taking all this far too personally Morgy

YOU ARE TAKING ALL THIS FAR TOO PERSONALLY MORGY!

This is a general discussion on the use of predictions in investing.
So I confused who wrote what? That's not really important.
Opposing ideas are the targets, and I care not who puts them
forwards. People are not in my gunsights.

At this point I'll correct a typo in my last post

"A Buffetologist does base investment decisions on what the market
may think over the next few months."

should read

"A Buffetologist does NOT base investment decisions on what the
market may think over the next few months."

Keep hunkered down in that trench. I've got my eyes on the horizon
looking for the Red Baron and my Sopwith Camel is at the ready. If
Gerry looks like coming over the top I'll give him a buzz to alert
you. Keep those guns at the ready. Gerry could come from any
direction at any time, and it looks like your number is on the blade
of Gerry's bayonet! Toodle Pip. See you at the World War One cafe
on the front in France one day if we manage to get through all this.
