Try Brown & Company.  Brownco3.com.  US$5.00 for a market order; US $10.00 for 
a limit order.  If you're doing any amount of US business they are very hard to 
beat. Also have an array of US mutual funds, bonds, etc. also Ameritrade is 
good I understand although I don't do business with them.
