hindesight is a great thing
if you do things right and
you feel like a pat on the
back, if things go wrong we are
inclined to say nothing. With
hindsight in my last year
on the market I wouldnt change
a thing . Perhaps it was
luck . But im big enough
in the head to think not ,
my best move last year was in
sept to sell wri after a thirty
pc ride , and buy more of
poa at six dollars twenty five, It cant
get better than that in a bear
market . My saddest moment
was selling my kip shares , I was
starting to fall in love with
the bloody things, they
were my first shares three years
ago . Im still convinced five
companies max is the way to go,
it keeps you on the ball, not
allowing you to stagnate and tread
water. With hindesight I am more
convinced than ever the idiots that
keep telling us to diversify spread
your money all over the place
should find a real job , like
change places with the tea lady .
I noticed snoopy flashed past me
in the straight in the guru
stakes . My only consolation is he
was wearing a red ribbon I
wasnt . Still i owe you
one snoopy I changed my methods
ever so slightly after reading a
few of your posts. this
year It will be a muddy
track, some horses wont last the
distance , select the ones with
the biggest feet that wont bog down.
If it has a big poo
before it starts all the better.
winners dont perform with to much of
that. a great tip is ask
the stable boy if its a winner,
he may be the only honest person
there. Truckdrivers always give
honest answers , they dont pay
them enough to be
dishonest . I myself will be
content with the place getters , I
will buy myself a new mobile
this year , I m sick to death
of having to find a kid to
show me how work out this
one. It being a wet day I
thought I would make a
post and wish you all a
prosperous new year .
cheers macdunk.
