Bill, had a quick zoom to http://www.lpc.co.nz/pdfs/Fin02/corpFin.pdf to
clarify this for you.

As at 13Aug02 Christchurch City Holdings Limited held 65.46% of LPC.
The Ashburton District Council held 3.86% at this time (as the second
largest shareholder).  I am one of the 648 shareholders with a combined
holding of 0.55%.
