I think it might have been me you where referring to as I have not seen anyone else state they are Linux users here. Sadly I oppose WINE :) WINE is a rather large piece of software and I would rather use native ports. One might say, "beggars can't be choosers" and they may be right. But I am a stubborn youngster and I feel running windows programs under WINE does nothing for the Linux community except dampen the cries to get software ports.
