news it may potentially be the subject of a bid approach from Orb arl.
Orb said it is considering various strategic options including the
acquisition of Thistle, though as yet it has had no discussions with the Thistle
board so far.
In a separate statement BIL International Ltd, which holds 46 pct of
Thistle, said it is not in talks with Orb over the sale of its stake.
