usually after a writedown there is a panic and a good time to enter

Tower Management claim their profit levels will return to normal levels next
year

Often before a CEO takes command a cleanout is done to make him or her look
good

The writedowns were done as a "oncer" instead of over 3 years period?

TWR are cashed up enough to be looking at  buying "Royal & Sun"
