So if the user keeps email messsages around, you could be a potential recipient of certain virii. It is a no brainer to parse a mail file and grab addresses. It can easily be done with a single line of code (in many languages, not all). I'll re-iterate a previous piece of advice I gave a month or so ago. Windows users, don't run out MS Outlook as your mail client. It is too tightly integrated into windows can make too many things happen (some automatically). Don't open attachments if you don't expect an attatchment from someone. Because viruses can come from people that you are familiar with care should be open before opening mail even from trusted individuals. Or you could install Linux :) - -- Signed, Holden Glova -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.0.7 (GNU/Linux) iD8DBQE9wNMo0X8w8X71zPcRAvDwAJwINCKs6jYN9TUjG6wEycL5ArkTmwCdHHNh aMOIwLRuebeOV0LC4uZ56Ig= =Unu+ -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- To remove yourself from this list, please use the form at http://www.sharechat.co.nz/chat/forum/
