Doh! Never mind.  To answer my own question there is a footnote in 
section 31 'Post Balance Sheet Events'which says that the controlling 
interest in Denarau Island Fiji wasn't acquired until after the 
balance date.  That will explain why I couldn't find it as a listed 
item under existing assets in the balance sheet.
