The people who think that CAH BRY FFS ITC ..etc are not performing and are burning assets..one has not look any further than New Zealand Incorporated.

Great news !!!!!!!!!!..........we made a profit  in June........so we should as this is the productive side of the year as we make losses from now on to next march.

Considering the total assets that NZ Inc has ....It is a dreadful disgrace that NZ can not make a profit on its assets...........Who do we lay blame to this dreadful situation?

Probably the NZ people....It seems that Kiwis have an attitude of talk/criticise but no do......we leave it to whoever after we discuss /criticise it to death to which we then move on to something else to bitch about.

We have a mentality that we will leave it to the govt to fix it or we will screw the govt for money to met our own ends ...Interesting to note that 60% of the population is being looked after or on a benefit of some kind from the govt........This leaves 40% of the population to support NZ inc.....As NZ inc is making loss after loss each year ,the govt has to find more money from the 40% ..As this has been happening each year since the 1960"s..tapping from this source is sooner or later going to dry up............Then what????

We seem to worry about Joe Bloggs cornfield growing an extra wart on the cob...but we don't seem to care that our kids in the future are going to have a poorer quality of life compared with our trading partners.

PS  put the champagne away ...drinking cheap beer at this time...If the Dow falls tonite I will think about putting down a home brew.......sighhhhhhh such is life ...easy come easy go.....
