Also as Mr King pointed out, prices aren't based on historical performance but upon future growth opportunities.

Shares - maybe (perceived) physical size isn't everything?

Sydney EBITDA year to June 2002 said to be A$320M. Auckland EBITDA estimate (mine) to June about NZ$150M

If Sydney is sold to be 'an excellent investment' then Auckland's financial performance alone would put it in the same league
