hmmmm, one can only assume that there is absolutely no interest in KIP on Sharechat despite it being in the top 40. Matters of interest, even just at the superficaial level - (a) why does the very abbreviated report on the Home Page of Sharechat give the payment date of the ordinary dividend as 7 July when other reports e.g. the announcement in Access Brokers website gives a payment date of 31 July 2002? (b) why is no date given anywhere for when payment on the substantial one for six rights issue is due? (c) why is the info on the payment of the special dividend so utterly garbled? e.g. "This dividend will be for the period from 1/04/2002 until the allotment date of the new units". "Mr Syme noted that the Class B units had converted into ordinary units in December 2001". In fact they converted on 30/11/2001 according to my registry statement and I assume the date 1/04/2002 is a typo for 1/04/2001. One is left in the air wondering what happens to newish owners of the ordinary shares - say Jan 2002 - does their special dividend get paid to the previous owners or not paid at all? So many loose ends - pity KIP doesn't seem to have a website or email address to clear it up. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- To remove yourself from this list, please use the form at http://www.sharechat.co.nz/chat/forum/
