trendline producing resistance at 1.35.  Promising medium-term.

Metlifecare advised that on 30/05/2002 it issued 200,000 Options to acquire
ordinary shares as part of employees' performance based remuneration plan.
Terms or Details of the Issue: Options to be exercised between 01/01/2005
and
01/01/2007 after which date options expire. Exercise price: $1.20. Total
number of securities of the class in existence after the issue: 1,022,000.

 At their AGM yesterday, MET reported net earnings of $7.2 million for the
year ending December, compared with just $0.5 million in 2000. The market
responded to this news with a drop of 5 cents to $1.27, a fall of nearly 4%.
Talk about funny mentals!
 The chart shows rather more optimism, overall.
