I agree with Derek on this one. It could be a nice little stag but the rise
in the NZ $ (peso to you) could be a concen. There could also be some bad
perceptions held by retail investors who will have not forgotten the Maine
fiasco.

At least the ailing NZSE will get a new listing which it certainly needs.

I have asked my broker for an allocation but I will leave it to the last
minute to subscribe, subject to the prospectus stacking up of course.
