[sharechat] Metastock + Data

I wish to purchase Metastock, as much NZSE / ASX history as possible and 
subscribe to a data service on an on going basis.

Infoscan are selling Metastock for $1,199 + GST but I can't find it for sale 
anywhere else.

Infoscan also provide data as does Sharechat's very own Chartsmart.

Can people please let me know of the most cost efficient and reliable 
options for pruchasing what I require.

I know that data providers have been discussed from time to time in the past 
but I can't find the threads so sorry for going over old ground.
