that you can go to. Portfolio wise, they provide diversification and 
exposure to inrternational trading programs.

Several things you need to be aware of - 1. The performances of the OMIP 
funds fluctuate wildly and the 20% is a big exaggeration. None of them have 
increased in value since August 2001 for example.
2. They are very interest rate sensitive and rising interest rates are bad 
for them. 3. They attract capital gains tax if you invest more than 
NZ$50,000 in total in any of these type of FIF products.
