yep, a right little stoush.

but, i wasn't aware that ffs "pulled out of the running ... after it failed 
to meet a deadline over financing the deal".  my impression was that the 
deadline is still some time in the future and that ffs pulled out because 
it believed that it would/might fail to meet the deadline -- at some time 
in the future.

i'm possibly wrong, but if not, and if chris daniels is a journalist, he 
needs a good smack.   tony, where did this article appear?
