Thanks Snoopy my memory was correct I would not buy Telecom while Deane was
CEO. Ms Gattung impressed on an Australian TV show and it was my opinion
from this she was not just A yes person & might be able to straighten out
Deanes mess. Alot of the stuff coming out of aussie is political as Govt.
has to sell Telstra at a good price soon so running down competitors to make
telstra look good. Has even blessed A 50% increase in line rental to try and
make books look good. If Gattung can hang on for 12mths she should suceed
with hutchison & 3g they are far ahead of anybody else here. If 3g takes off
telstra will be dead in water for 2 years. Telstra at moment losing more in
NZ than telecom losing here.
