Thank you Ken for your explanation.

Does this mean that I can incorporate as Marilyn Munroe N L and obtain 
diamonds from a jeweler on credit. Then refuse to pay for them as the 
transaction was undertaken by a company incorporated as a No Liability 
company.

Seems a bit odd to me.
