Dear Jim Insley 
Just look at the Tourism statistic's the number are rising by 10% every year 
and other company's making money.
I have worked in the Tourism Industrie for over 20 years and have many friend 
in this Industrie and all of them make good profit's.
Just an example, one friend own a small restaurant (seats 40 people)and make 
over 100k
Kelly Talton & Milford  are making tones of money where does it go.
So if THL can't make it work, just ask yourself why???
