If the fundamentals continued to remain the same and the price kept falling three things would happen 1. The astute investor would buy more, realising that he is gaining fantastic earnings per share bought 2. The company realising its owbn shares were a huge bargain would initiate a buyback 3. Other companies would begin circling The effect of all this would be a rise in price back to realistic levels . The fact is if a company is performing well and increasing its wealth (and shareholders) then eventually the shareprice will follow, either buy high dividend yield and or takeover activity Nick assuming TWR fundamentals continue to stay much the same, how much would the price have to decline for you to consider it to have been a poor investment? > Regards, > Phaedrus. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- To remove yourself from this list, please use the form at http://www.sharechat.co.nz/chat/forum/
