Re PHY.

I randomly did a quick check on a few other tech indicators and you will see it is quite clear PHY has been bearish for some time.

This is the power of TA. Accountants can hide anything in their books, but TA rarely lies. Of course, the key to successful technical analysis is knowing how to analyse the information the charts provide, which then enables one to forecast with reasonable accuracy future price movements.
