It could be the contingent liability against Data Advantage in the form of the Court case coming up later in the year. From memory damages asked are in the region of $70million. Baycorp feel the damages more like $10m if the claim is successful.

Does anybody know what is going on here? (Down 5.6% yesterday and off 19% YTD) Clearly a massive loss of support. Where should have I been looking to have picked up early on this?
