[sharechat] Charting Query

I have a friend who works for the Ministry of Defense who is enamored
with the idea of owning a parcel of IBA Health shares... in vain I have
tried to dissuade him ...unsuccessfully suggesting that he would be
better to buy Tag (AU) or TPC(NZ) as a conduit to owning IBA ( basically
1 free IBA share for every 5 TAG'S, ) but he persists.... Being but a
nascent chartist I do not feel qualified to give a opinion.... could
some one more qualified possibly help... Thank you in advance....cheers

Ps not that I am saying IBA will necessarily follow the fate of the
Kursk... just that it is a one trick pony.. with burgeoning R&D costs..
a history of failed profit forecasts, and until last month a share graph
that resembled a downhill mountain bikers nightmare.
