Thinking of investing in KIP. Am a 'foreign' investor, so must pay a tax on 
dividends, right (@ 12% ?) PLUS my US taxes. What was KIP's
total return in 2001? Saw it was paying out a div @10c per share when price 
was in the .80cents.

NZ retail market for KIP appears stable---@3% vacancy in their Centre 
property.
