[sharechat] equis site, help please

i have been unable to call up nz40 or any nz shares on www.equis.com/java/ 
since last friday.  the response is always "problem parsing historical 
data" (and i thought you had to be over a certain age to even know about 
parsing...).
i've also forgotten how to delete a cookie, so i havent been able to check 
that aspect.
can any body help please?
