Oh and also, can anyone give a reason as to why the rights are
trading so low? Effectively, the current price of the ordinary shares
is double that of the converted note, meaning that the rights should
be trading at roughly $0.80-$1.00 each. (Allowing up to 20% discount) 
Currently they are trading at $0.17 cents each.
