Purchased this stock six months ago based on the coal mine punt and the trend overseas to build and operate clean burning coal plants. I havent been following the stock recently but was curious to hear that the intention is to split off this venture as well. What are the advantages of splitting off the minor ventures?

Split off 1 for 1 approved friday on PPP(subsidary)

Coal mine waiting on DOC approval and will be split off also

IMHO a far better punt than BGR..even with the current oil trend
