Hi Snoopy

Just a clarification re your Kirks/Harbour City Centre acquistion question "
But I wonder if buying that deserted centre on the Wellington waterfront is
the right move?".  The building they are buying as I understand it is the
building right next door on Lambton Quay rather than the white elephant that
was developed on the Wellington waterfront.
