I bought shares in this one for .36 after the split was announced.

Sharsholders are being given one pan pacific share for every NOG

share.

Pan pacific plans to have a secondary listing on the NZ stockmarket.

In theory spinning off the ppp shares should bring down the price of NOG

by around 10c a share. However this is unlikely to happen if past

history of share sopinoffs by other companies is looked at.

All those on the share register on dec 28th will recieve the new shares.
