i was one of the lucky ones who got a small bundle of briscoes from my 
broker and thought they would be a good medium-term share.  when i read 
some open and close speculations on the other channel,  i realised i might 
have to make some decisions about taking a fast profit.  so thursday night 
saw me deciding that 25% was better than any fortnightly return i had ever 
been involved with.
computer glitches on friday morning meant that by the time i had found bgr, 
they were $1.44.  this left me so gobsmacked that it was about 3.30 pm 
before i recovered enough to cope with a coherent sell order.  jared, if 
you bought my bundle at $1.42 i wish you lots of luck.  the corollary is 
that i think you will need it.  january is pretty droopy for retail shares 
-- i would expect you could buy more at about $1.20 then ...
