true you need subscribe data for it.

Nick im using henleys and i can still download even today no problem , the free disk your talking about ( in the back of the book ) is only for a reference it isnt any good without the daily update of data , and that is only one disk of a three disk set , you need the charting disk,to chart im happy with the product , for me its already paid for itself,
