Hi Gerry

Ive purchased from Investors Edge in Australia (http://www.investorsedge.com.au/shop/) and in doing so you actually get free access to their forum where two well know aussie authors hang out (Chris Tate and Louise Bedford). The forum mainly focus' on technical analysis and there is no "announcement alert" type postings or ramping.
