          Firstly i would like to apologise to anybody who has had the

misfortune to pick up this evil little beast via a message sent from this

computer  (by the worm not me)

       Please remember though i did not invent this thing i picked it up just like you

guys did , ie from an email from a sharechat subscribers email. Paul frost

in my case.

           It proved very difficult to eradicate, i ended up having to totally

reformat the hard drive, the infected file couldnt be repaired or removed.

       The mistake i made was not upgrading to outlook 6 or keeping my security

up to date. Both these things have now been rectified. I would of been on

to apologise before but my comp has been out of action until now.

          I urge you all though try not to blame me personally,  i have been apologising all day to people i have infected, and am completly fed up with the whole buisness. I came so close to threowing the comp out the window, its

been the most frustrating 24 hours i can remember
