Hi Colin ,
Yes definitely echo your sentiments regarding companies that do not have
controlling interests.
Cheers,
John

Subject: [sharechat] Minority Shareholders ie CEN

If I were a CEN shareholder ( and I'm not any more ) and wished to continue
to hold my parcel, against the weight of a controlling holder like Mission
Edison........................

How well are my interests protected as a part of a small minority ?

For this kind of reason, I tend to favour Companies that do not have a
dominant or controlling Shareholder ie SKC CNZ

Any comments ?

Ceejay
