As a long term holder and close follower of this stock I note the market has 
reacted warmly to the new directorship put in place by this company. To me 
it looks like the board are trying to distance themselves from Cullen/Watson 
as much as they can. They must have been concerned when they saw what Watson 
is attempting over the road with PRG. Obviously a PRG type bearhug wont 
succeed here as he seems to have fallen out with his mates in this company, 
which Gaynor alluded to last week in his business column. If the current 
board do not get re-elected at tomorrow,s AGM, ,due Watson, who is the 
majority shareholder, voting against them, of which Gaynor as well stating 
hoping will happen, do not be suprised to see another PRG type bearhug down 
the track!
Hopefully the current board have rallied enough support to ensure this is 
not the case and they maintain their independance from Watson and we will 
see the current recovery in the shareprice continue. If this is the case I,m 
going to increase my holdings after the AGM.
