OK Nick, I see where you are coming from.

However, I think the point is to avoid disadvantaging those who go shopping.

As it was explained at the meeting, Shoppers tend to finish up at the end of the line, so here is a chance to level the playing field ( as they say)

A disgrace that to proceed through customs quickly

we now have to buy duty free. If not then no doubt we will be

processed as lsowly as possible. Sounds like unfair practice to me
