SK:
Ben is right, a stock priced at 10c might be hugely
overvalued yet one at $10 might be a relative bargin. To take it to an extreme
Berkshire Hathaway (NYSE:BRK.A) is currently selling for US$69,000/share
(that's NZ$164,000/share) and is trading on a PE of about 30 and many argue that
BRK is fairly valued based on future earnings projections.
So don't be fooled by what seems to be a "cheap
stock". Wait until the financial info is provided then lets do some basic
analysis.
Cheers
Brian
