Air NZ used to put out monthly plane load/yield info etc but haven't for a few months. I understand they will be starting again in a few weeks time. It will be interesting to see what the capacity is given the reduction in schedules. I would imagine that they will be looking okay domestically and trans-Tasman but not so great trans-Pacific/Atlantic.
