Hi all
Interesting article in the NZ Herald
Brokerage House ABN AMRO values CEN at $4.88 up
from $4.76 last week due to bonds rally ,falling interest rates the
cause.
They also disagree with the Directors that if the
offer fails it would trigger a fall in share price.
They have issued a dont sell
So .....it seems that the institutions are not
going to let go CEN for $4.25..........The feeling is that somewhere between
$4.65 -$5.00 a share is the ballpark figure now.
The situation for small investors is starting
to improve now to make a decision, as more information is becoming
available.
Latest assessment is that the revised offer of
$4.25 is still too cheap.
Bad news for EME ...good news for NZSE and
investors. :))
Cheers
Hoop
