Thanks for that, Jefley.  Yes, Shamrock was interested in Brierly, and also
have substantial holdings in Disney, which was already suffering reduced
tourism  from the high $US before 11 Sept, and now ....

Again, one has to ask, why no announcment on the NZSE?
