Agree that money from ' to be taken over companies' is flowing into SKC.

There is still a chance for a sharesplit:

SKC is a good cashcow with sound prospects but they need to consolidate and not get involved in questionable projects from now on.

Yes, I have already included the negatives and still rate SKC @ $13.
