hi all,

I am very sadened by the imminent departure of Frucor. In fact it sounds 
bizzare, but i am more sad about the takeover than about the nice profit i 
will make. Frucor is one of the only companies that is 'exciting' to me on 
the market, and i am not sure where i will invest this money. maybe buy 
myself some stuff. i almost cant be bothered with it all. and that is a bad 
sign, in that i am a relatively new investor, young, with plenty of years 
ahead of me. if i am already apathetic at this stage, does this bode well 
for the future, for me and the NZSE? i doubt it. at the risk of sounding 
like a bleating leftie, dont go FRUCOR, stay with us. i want to be able to 
lazily drink a cold just juice or V, comforted in the knowledge that i am 
lining my own pockets, and NZs in some small way. i fell in love with this 
company, and i dont want it to go.

PS. what is this 'other channel' that sometimes get mentioned in msgs?
